Tier 1 Extension refusal

Tier 1 Extension refusal

Hi
I am from New Zealand. I applied Tier 1 extension visa. The result was negative unfortunately. My solicitor applied for A.Review but result did not change. Do i have any right to apply Fresh Tier 1 visa? Or Should I wait a year for a fresh Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa?
What do i have more right after refusal Tier 1 A. review?
So confusing system in the UK. All grey , there is no black or white .

When did you apply for Tier 1 G extension?? This route was closed for extensions on 5th April 2015.

on the 27th July 2016 and my A.review result came on the 9th September 2016.

It was Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

It seems you have very little clue about the immigration rules and requirements. You need to provide details for your refusal.
