Vignette Transfer on current passport

Hi,
I'm a British Passport holder. My wife applied for her 'Dependant of a settled person visa' from Bangladesh. Her application has been successful & she has received the vignette to travel between 3rd October to 2nd November (2016). She is doing her Masters course which was due to finish in October, due to some problems, she will now be finishing it in December. Now, she needs to apply for a new 30 day Vignette on her current passport with a new month long date (preferably, starting from 3rd January 2017).
From some of the posts here, I have found out that it's the same online application form she has to use for the Vignette transfer.
But, my question is: when she selects vignette transfer, it shows 'request for a valid UK entry clearance on a new passport, or lost or stolen passport ; is there an option for new 30 day vignette on the current passport?

If your wife is unable to travel within the 30 days validity, she may apply for a replacement, costing £189.

When your visa is issued. You should use the same online application form but you should select the following options:
Reason for Visit: Other
Visa Type: Others
Visa Sub Type: Vignette Transfer

At the end of the application form you should use the 'Any other information' field to explain that you have been granted a visa but you need a new 30-day vignette as you have not been able (or will not be able) to travel to the UK before the end of the 30-day vignette that you have been issued.

I guess she wouldn't need any supporting documents as long as she uses the 'Any additional information' section to explain her reason. Am I right?
