FLR (M) Application

Hi,
My husband and I are applying for FLR(M) in October 2016 as he will have lived in the UK 30 months by that point. He arrived in May 2014. We have a few questions for the application.

We have had our first child since arriving in the UK in March 2016. Our son is a British citizen and therefore I think he is not a dependent. Therefore, we need to meet the £18,600 financial requirement. If you could confirm that would be great.

If our son is not a dependent, should he still be mentioned on the form at sections 4.1, 4.4, 7.13? Should we enclose photographs of him and his British passport?

In terms of the financial requirement, I the sponsor, am on maternity leave. I went on Mat leave in Feb 2016. I will therefore submit 6 months of payslips prior to going on maternity leave (Sept 2015-Feb 2016) and the corresponding 6 months of bank statements as per Appendix FM-SE. Is it required to also submit 6 months of bank statements before the FLR (M) application as well (i.e. April 2016- Oct 2016)?

He needs to be mentioned in the appropriate place in the form. He is your dependent, but not a dependent for immigration purposes applying for a visa

Bank statements and payslips have to be the MOST RECENT, not a period in the past. Does your husband work? If yes, does his salary meet the requirements?
