How to Amend Mistake in issued CoS

My Employer issued me a certificate of sponsorship for my Tier-2 General Visa, but my given name is mistake like EDUARDO in my CoS instead of EDUARDO, JR. can I still used my COS to apply visa? Note: all my supporting documents are using EDUARDO, JR. anyone can advice me regarding to this matter. Thank You. or you can email me your advice @ email address removed by moderator

it should be fine. although best if your employer can add a note in sponsor note within the cos. this can be done within the SMS systme the employer has access to. they cant amend the cos once issued but can add note.
