Tier2 dependant English language requirement

Hi,
I am bit confused with new rules. Please can you clarify whether my partner need to prove English language requirement to extend current Tier 2 dependant visa?
To make clear her visa granted last year to enter UK and we submitted her Bachelor's degree certificate for English language requirement. Please let me know if you require more information.

There is no English requirement for PBS Dependents as far as I am aware.
