CONFUSED! Kindly help!

I am applying for extension of my Tier-2 dependent visa in the UK(Husband got ILR in 2015 on the 5 year route). We have a baby girl born in the UK who will apply for the British passport/registration as a British citizen(she was born when her dad was not settled)
The problem is both mine and my daughter's visas are expiring at the same time.

I am confused as to where do we send the original documents like my husbands passport, his ILR permit? Or can we just send photocopies?

I desperately need to find a way to get both applications done at the same time.

Apply for chidl's BC using NCS as you get to keep the originals.

Apply for your extension in person at a premium service centre.

Thanks very much. It was hard getting an appointment for the NCS but somehow managed to get one! Will have to travel for around 4 hours though !

Now that I am applying for her passport and will be applying for my extension soon I'm still a bit worried about how much maintenance we need to show. I mean its £630 for me and we have shown £945-£1000 in my husband account as the website asks( although it says that for a Tier-2 General- I'm not sure if ILR holders need the same)/ Do you think thats enough?
