Appealing UKBA visa decision current waiting time

Hello
My wife's visa application from abroad for family member of settled person was refused .
We have an option to apeal UKBA decision ,does any one knows the "real" time for that process and can we submit another application ?

UKBA does not exist anymore, disbanded in 2013. It is UKVI now.

Where did she apply from?

What were the reasons for refusal?

Appeals can take a long time.

Application was made from Kiev (ukraine)
There were 3 reasons to refusal
1) they don't think that relationship was genuine, I visited country 10 times since October 2015, 10 plane tickets were attached
2) did not submit decree absolute from previous marriage.
3) showed 6 'months statements of my isa savings , they requested proof of the sources .
I know it's a lengthy process, but any idea how long ?

Did you submit any proof of communication etc, screenshots of whatsapp, skype etc?

2) did not submit decree absolute from previous marriage.

This is mandatory if you have been married before. You have to prove to UKVI that you were free to marry and hopefully your decree absolute predates your current marriage.

Do you have proof of source of funds? £62,500+ is a lot of money, UKVI wants to make sure it is not a 'loan' that has to be paid back once visa is granted. This is fairly standard if you are relying on savings, UKVI will want to check funds are genuine.

It varies, some people have been waiting for over a year. It is quicker to reapply.

Probably 12 months or even longer.

Evidence which wasn't available to the Entry Clearance Officer in the original application, won't be considered in an appeal.

It would be better to re-apply, addressing the reasons for refusal by submitting the missing documents and proof of relationship.

Thanks a lot for quick answers I need them now.
I would like to ask couple of more questions
Does proof of communications need to be translated into english or just the proof of its existence is enough( its every day, I guess it would be more then 1000 A4 pages if printed)

Decree absolute I have a photocopy , is it enough ?

Saving been accumulated in the period of 5 years and I can ask my bank to print me a statement , can attach P60s for 5 years as I'm not in full time employment at the moment and my salary varies

Can you as well explaine if the phrase " you are strongly advised to complete all sections of the form and submit all relevant documents with your Notice of Appeal, as it may be possiable to resolve the points at issue without an appeal hearing " , is it just the standard phrase or they mean that if I show required proof the case would be delt quicker?
I am not experienced in this , so my questions may sound naive .
