Baby Permit

Post by gabu » Mon Oct 17, 2016 12:31 pm

Good afternoon,
I have an Entry Clearance visa (indefinite leave to enter the U.K. ) valid until 20th February 2022. I obtained it to join parents.
My son has a Visa type C (Visa child accompanied) until the 20/01/2017. What permit do I have to apply for him to stay with me in the UK?
Many thanks for your help.

Click on the links provided by vinny (the blue underlined words).

You have previously stated childs father is British by birth and members advised you can apply directly for passport.
