Hi I m an asylum seeker since 2005 had discriminatory leave till 2007 I applied for extension got refused start appealing that went to first tribunal than upper tribunal after that I been told to withdraw my cases from upper tribunal and told me to put under long residence of 10yrs which I did but what I wanted to know that do I have right to work while my ilr is pending as I had right to work under my discriminatory leave in 2005..
