Subsisting relation evidences for arranged marriage

Post by seagul » Mon Oct 24, 2016 9:04 am

Hi all
If a person is newly arranged married by parents with both partners mutual consent but no prior contact between partners before marriage. So if the spouse visa is applied soon after marriage then whether still subsisting relationship evidences require?
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Case Workers are aware of the restrictions in meeting before the wedding when the marriage is arranged.

Evidence of contact after the wedding is essential. The CW would also expect to see photos taken during the wedding celebration in keeping with the cultural tradition.

As your wife already has her visa, I assume that this question isn't on your own behalf. :|
