NARIC blue or red

Hi,

I'm currently working in UK in ICT visa. My employer is sponsoring a Tier 2 visa (General) and I got my CoS too.
Now to apply for visa, I need to get my degree certificates (Indian engineering degree) to be certified by NARIC.

But I'm confused which category to choose- blue or red?
if blue- there are 2 sub category- SoC and english assessment. If blue, should I get both?
