ILR Dependent Visa (Outside Uk)

Hi All
I have been through judicial review process recently and my ILR visa was approved in August 2016. As I am going through JR process I had no work from April 8th till August 15th.
Now I need to apply for ILR dependent visa for my wife, could please some one suggest me

- How many months payslips and bank statements are required
- How long does the process take from india, as i have heard that its 15 working days for any other dependent category visa

Note:
- My pay is >18,600 and i have maintained My funds for 90 consecutive months
- I have got payslips and bank statements from 11/2015 to 04/2016 and 08/2016 to 10/2016,
- No work in 'May','June' and 'July',

You need 6 months payslips and 6 months corresponding bank statements. It must be the most recent 6 months prior to the date of application. You won't be able to use the 11/2015 to 04/2016 payslips. It has to be 6 consecutive months.

You will also need evidence of subsisting marriage and communication and adequate accommodation.

It can take a couple of months. Suggest read through the timelines to get an idea of how long it takes.

I had spoken to the VFS help line and they had cleared my doubts
According to VAF4A-Appendix2, there are Two categories by which i can show my Financial Requirements, If I choose category B, i can show my earnings from last 12 months from the date of application. For 12 months category, you have to provide 12 consecutive months payslips. You have a 4 month @ gap. Suggest wait another 4 months before applying once you have 6 payslips.
