first brp renewal, haven' it received yet, looking for work.

My current brp card expired on the 30th of September 2016.

I applied for the renewal of the Brp on the 13th of August.

I received a letter stating they have received my application however it "raises issues relating to the convention on human rights..falls outside normal service standards for leave to remain.. decision on case as quickly as possible..

I will no longer be employed as of the 31st of October, without the Brp card I will not be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK, (the letter they provided me will make me an unattractive prospective employee).

I have no idea what do now, its the 25/10/2016 and i still have not received a decision of on my renewal.

How will I be able to seek employment and prove eligibility to work with my current situation?
