ILR Dependant :: Maintainence funds

Hi All,

Dependant in the UK since 2010 & has completed 5 years as a PBS dependant and is eligible for ILR under the Tier 1 General Dependant route.

My question is:

1) Is there any requirement for maintenance funds as it was in the initial Tier-1 & Extension application/s ? If yes, how much & how long for ?

2) Will the main applicants ISA account statement/s suffice ?

3) Is the form Set (o) version 04/2016 the correct form to use ?

No maintenance fund required.
2) Will the main applicants ISA account statement/s suffice ?
You can show the saving account statements, this is not mandatory. I think it is best to keep the main applicant's current account statements which shows the salary credit and corresponding payslips.
3) Is the form Set (o) version 04/2016 the correct form to use ?
