Extension of dependent settlement Visa query

Hi,
My wife and daughter came to UK on settlement visa( Visa Spouse/CP - Spouse/CP of xxx (wife) and Visa to ACC Mother/CYR xxx(daughter) ) on 14th July 2014 which was issued for 33 months ( Actual VISA was issued from 14th May 2014 ) . Now their visa will expire on 14th Feb 2017 and i am going to apply to get extension. It would be really help if you please guide me on below query.

1. Which application Form my wife need to submit for extension ?
2. Which application Form my daughter need to submit for extension ?
3. Do I need to submit two application Form or only one Application for both ?
4. How early I can submit their application ?
5. I am claiming the child benefit which is only on my name, will it impact on my family extension visa ? I am not registered with tax credits.

2. Which application Form my daughter need to submit for extension ? Same as mother

3. Do I need to submit two application Form or only one Application for both ? One form for both, daughter as dependent.

4. How early I can submit their application ? Once they have 2.5 years residence. This is to avoid a shortfall for ILR and having to do a third extension to cover a couple of months. They will also have to pay the immigration health surcharge of £500 each plus the visa application fee.

5. I am claiming the child benefit which is only on my name, will it impact on my family extension visa ? I am not registered with tax credits.No impact if you are claiming child benefit. If you claim tax credits, it MUST be claimed in JOINT names with your wife.

You need to meet the same financial requirement and submit evidence of this and wife needs to meet English A1 again.

While coming first time on July – 2014, she has submitted NARIC Level of English that confirm English level C1.

Dose she need to get NARIC ceertificate again ?
Or
will that work old one which has been issued on july -2014 ?
Or
Does she need to give English exam to get the A1 ?

If she uses Naric to satisfy, it must be the ELA from NARIC. I am not sure what Naric you have or whether it will be fine. Wait for others to comment.

She is having NARIC ELA , they have given the certificate as " The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirement of CEFR Level C1"

Is this meeting her English requirement level ?
