40 days absence from UK in last 12 months after ilr

Hi ,
i intend to apply for naturalisation and ilr was granted in first week of october 2015 on 10 years basis. can i apply for naturalisation after twelve months of being granted ilr or i have to wait for 40 more days before i can make an application for naturalisation to cover my days away from the UK. please help

You are allowed up to 90 days absence in the 12 months prior to applying for naturalisation.
