is SU07 required for my step daughter or she is also exepmt from it?? NO! This form is ONLY for adult dependent relatives, i.e. parents.
I get paid weekly and get my monthly wage slips two week later. I am apply for their visa hopefully second week of January. I will have three wages slips of december only but one will be delivered when ia m out of the country. I am submitting payslips dated back to May 2016 though... i wonder if that will be ok??...please advice what you think? You will need the December wage slips. Your most recent payslip and bank statement must not be older than 28 days.
You're on non-salaried employment, so the calculation you will use is different to salaried employment! Read below, an excerpt from the link I have provided, on page 19:cosak wrote:hi
I am going to send my wageslips from May 2016 to mid December 2016 for my wife's spouse visa. my monthly income varies every month.
How will i calculate the annual income? Shall I take incomes from May to November and divide them over 7 to get the figure for annual income?...my income is different every month and I also suppose it will Part 3A, catagory A ... Please help...many thanks
Ok. The rule is, from the date of application, online application that is, your last payslip can be no older than 28 days. So, in your case, you are fine!cosak wrote:thanks Mobeen
As I get paid weekly and the amount varies as well... I suppose I have to take 26 weeks prior to the date of application, divide them by 6 and then multiply by 12??...am I right please advice??
Also, I get my wageslip 17 days after I complete my working week... I intend to apply on 10th January...If i enclose the last wageslip of the week starting on 18th December...will it be alright?...i will enclose 26 wageslips going back....can i include more wageslips like 36 or something just in case???
Please advice
It's from the date you submit your online application!cosak wrote:thanks mubeen sir,
wageslips and bank statements + letter being valid within 28 days....Is it the date of online application submission or the date of biometrics and documents submission date at the visa center??...
if i submit online application on 20th December, then the above said documents should not be older than 28 days ??? please help...thank you ever so much
Well, you have to remember, your response is based on the date you fill in this application. For example, if you fill it in today, your spouse last saw you on 12th October. And, yes, you are in UK "now".cosak wrote:thanks a lot sir,
one more question please if you don't mind....
i will be visiting my wife when she submits her application and document at the visa center for about 10 days... we would have completed the application beforehand, before i fly to my wife in her home country...
there is a question ' when did you last see your sponsor?'... and also 'where is your sponsor now?'...
i just wonder what to do with these questions>??.... should we put the dates of our last meeting??? and for second question.. the answer will 'in the uk'...
or shall we put it in additional information of appendix 2 that i am with her for 10 days... we won't be able to put it on the additional information page of VAF4A as it will already be filled and submitted...
very purplexing situation ...my wife was in the UK on visitor visa and went back on 12 October this year...
please help sir with this situation...very much appreciate...thanks a lot
Oh, nevermind. You are right and I was mixing up information! Just ignore the part about sending the documents to Sheffield office!cosak wrote:thanks mobeen,
my wife is from Ukraine and currently residing in ukraine and will be applying for spouse visa from Ukraine...
I thought she has to go to Kiev to the designated visa center and submit all the documents, application forms and biometrics.... do i have to submit application forms and documents in sheffield??
i am more confused now??... she will be applying from outside the UK.... please update me more on this please...
Well, it won't harm your appication, I believe. So, sure, add it in, if you believe it will help!cosak wrote:thanks mobeen,
on the question 'when did you last see your sponsor'?
I can submitted my return plane eticket (already bought) with document confirming that i will be flying to and back from ukraine in January and add a sentence in additional information... just to give more weight to 'strong relationship' factor...
i am going to submit my previous e-tickets of myself and my wife's visit to ukraine and hers to the UK and turkey... just to show how many time i have been there and she has been to teh UK and we both been to turkey... i suppose it should give them evidence of our meetings a different occasions...
i hope it will be fine...??? thanks again..
