separating dependants in ILR?

Post by seasky » Tue Nov 01, 2016 1:41 pm

I can apply to ILR (t1-ent) soon, though there will be difficulties (due to continuity/days in UK) in receiving it (I have a strong application as an entrepreneur so maybe some discretion will be applied). I also have t1-e coverage for another 7 months past my application date. I can easily apply for a 2nd t1-e extension.

My question, can I apply for ILR without my dependents (to save a lot of money on their fees if declined), if I receive ILR then they apply? If not recieve we all apply for standard extension.

thx

Yes, as long as they apply before the current visas expire.

And to confirm this strategy, what form would they use? I use SET(o) and specifically the sections related to tier-1 e (e.g. proof I employed two people for a year). So what would they do?

Set(O) for dependents.

Set(O) for dependents.[/quote]

Would Set(O) for dependents be allowed a premium route (that is not allowed for t1-ent ILR)?
