Tier 2(General) -Redudancy & RLMT test for change of job

Dear members,
I was working in PSW period between feb-2011 and Nov-2012. After that, i have got an offer in same company under Tier2(General) for three years and my second extension got on Oct-2015(valid till oct 2018). I will be eligible for ILR from Oct 2017.

Currently, company has started offshoring model and my job got redundant. So i have to find another employer in short period of time.

Quick questions,
1. Do i need to take resident labour market test with new employer (please note i was in PSW before, currently in Tier 2 General)
2.Will my dependent need new dependent visa again if i switch job( Current their visa is valid till Oct 2018 as Tier 2 Dependent)

Senior Board Members please advice.
