What exactly do you mean by 'TOC application'? What did she apply for and what exactly does her current visa say?

On what basis did you obtain ILR, 5 years Tier 1 or 10 years long residence?

thank you for reply
I am settled via 5 years tier 1
currently she is on spouse leave to remain till dec2016 i was ILR that time ,Now i am British citizen .

Initally she came with tier 1 dependent but visa only for 3 months in 2014 . then i received ILR so we extended her visa to biometric resident permit as spouse dependent o settle person TOC application .

Tier 1 G Dependent to spouse of settled person is NOT a TOC application. TOC stands for Transfer of Conditions. I very much doubt this is what she applied for.

Did she/you fill in FLR(M) for her current visa? Is it valid for 2.5 years?

I am not interested in your status. ILR/BC makes no difference. I am trying to understand exactly what does her BRP card say??

She applies for an extension for a further 2.5 years on FLR(M) if you meet all the requirements (English and income).

She will also have to pay the £500 immigration health surcharge in addition to the visa application fee.

I have moved your topic to the correct forum (immigration for family members).
