Which category a or b

Post by bwhope » Thu Nov 03, 2016 3:49 pm

I am working for a building company where I earn more than 18600 gross and want to apply through category a. Now what I want to know is if I have shares in a different company or am a director of another company whilst working at this building company will this affect my application.

No it won't. I'm assuming you're submitting a settlement visa for your spouse?

Its for my wifes spouse visa. I only want to use my salary I get from this building company I work for to meet the requirement. So me being a director of a diferent company wont affect anything?

Thank you so much for your help guys, honestly I appreciate it so much, god bless you. The only reason why I ask is because I read somewhere that if you are a director or hold shares in a limited company than you have to show more documentation, but if what your saying is I can just apply with my 6 montha payslips for the building company I work for then thats fantastic news

Only if that is the income you are relying on.

Yes I am only relying on the salary from my building job not my directorship or shares in another company
