yes you are right, i m sorry it was 2013 and 2014CR001 wrote:PBS Dependent extension application.
I am assuming you have just mis-typed the years and mean 2013 and 2014 and NOT 2003 and 2004.

FLR(M) re-sets the spouse's immigration clock to zero, putting them on a new 5 year route to settlement (2.5 + 2.5 years).
The time previously spent as a PBS dependent would be lost and only taking into consideration if the (dependent) spouse is later applying for ILR under 10 year long residence.
Also FLR(M) requires payment of the NHS surcharge @ £500 for each 2.5 year extension in addition to the visa fee.
