Tier 2 ICT to ILR

Hi,

I have stayed in UK for following periods.

07-Oct-2007 to 26-June-2008 (UK Work Permit)
22-Sep-2015 till 23-Aug-2016 (Tier 2 ICT Short Term)
10-Oct-2016 till date (Tier 2 ICT Long Term - currently in UK)

I would like to know
- if I am eligble to apply for ILR after 5 years under this Tier2 ICT Long term category
- whether my Tier2 ICT Short term duration stay can be added to current Tier2 ICT Long term duration as well since I was outside UK only for around 40 days.

Please advise.

No, Tier 2 ICT no longer leads to ILR if the ICT was issued after April 2010.
