Family of settled person visa extension hsmp judicial review

Post by rb314 » Sat Nov 05, 2016 9:58 pm

Dear Immigration Experts
I settled via the HSMP judicial review paragraph 27 (2 years HSMP and 3 years Tier 1 General). I've since naturalised and secured British Citizenship. My wife and daughter have come to UK as dependants in June 2014. The question I have is with regards to their extension of stay. Should they apply as dependents of settled person or under one of the exception categories (Tier 1 General). My settlement was under the terms of the HSMP Forum judicial review for ILR. I will be grateful if I can get directions on this issue.
Thanks.

When did you get ILR?

Were your dependents in the UK at any time before 2014 as your dependents?

What 'dependent' visa did they apply for and enter the UK on, there is more than one type of 'dependent' visa?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
