Are you currently on your Tier 4 student visa waiting for a FLR(M) application to be decided? If so, I assume you're still under the Tier 4 employment restrictions.

Hi yes my friend was on Tier 4 but visa has expired and she has applied for FLR not marriage route. In my opinion she cannot work but what goes by ownership of a shop ?

Ownership of a shop would surely be considered as employment as your 'friend' will be (I assume) profiting from the income generated.

I also assume you mean they have applied for FLR(FP) after the expiry of their student visa. Under what grounds do they believe they qualify? Partner or Parent route?

Did you apply for FLR(FP) before your student visa expired or after it expired?

What do you mean 'you think it is parent route'? Surely you know what you have applied for.

A month ago you were asking a different question about visitor visa person registering a marriage :?: Or is the FLR(FP) question for someone else??

Why can't they register and ask? Are you providing 'services'?
