Applicant and Sponsor based in India

Hi, my husband is Indian and we're in the process of applying for the settlement visa. We are both living in India, and as I have not been working we are using our bank savings for the financial criteria. (We have sufficient with both Indian and UK accounts). We plan to live with my parents in their own home, do I have to provide documents from them?
As we are using bank records do we still need to provide all details and pay slips from my husbands job in India, we do have these, but he left his job at the end of last month, so won't have anything for November, when we submit all the documents.
As I have been living with him for the majority of the time for three years (2 years since our marriage) do I have to provide anything extra as to why we want to relocate, or anything else?

We plan to live with my parents in their own home, do I have to provide documents from them? Yes, proof they own or rent the property. If renting, evidence that you will be permitted.

As we are using bank records do we still need to provide all details and pay slips from my husbands job in India, we do have these, but he left his job at the end of last month, so won't have anything for November, when we submit all the documents. If you are only relying on £62,500+ savings, you ONLY need to submit the last 6 months bank statements, with the most recent one not older than 28 days on the date of submission. Your husband income is not considered for a spouse visa anyway.

They own their house, so I have to show the deeds of the house? Can this be a scanned copy? I know they won't send me the original.

You will also need a utility bill or council tax bill and a letter from parents.
