Naturalisation for 16 year old child

Post by MANN2016 » Tue Nov 08, 2016 9:08 pm

Hi,

We have ILR since Jan 2015. I have applied for my naturalisation last week. I now want to apply for my child of 16.7 years (born abroad) and living with me in UK since June 2012.
I missed the opportunity to apply as a family application. Can I apply now using MN1 form?

Does the child have ILR?

There is no 'family application'. Each applicant must meet the requirements individually. She will only be successful with REGISTRATION (under 18) if you or the other parent are successful.
