Tier 2 ICT short Term Staff DEPENDENT

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT short Term Staff DEPENDENT. My wife is working for a company who have sponsered her visa and i searching for Job here. Now suppose her project ask her to leave before completion of one year.

1. Will i be able to stay (on Dependent Visa) in UK and still search for Job or my visa will also gets expired parallely?
2. Can she search for New Job or she has to return as her company asked for it?

1. Your right to remain in the UK is wholly dependent on your wife also being here.

2. She is likely subject to the 12 month cooling off period. Both of you will have to apply for a Tier 2 General visa from home country if you manage to find a sponsor.

In the mean time if i get sponsered Job.. can i convert my visa category being in UK or i may need to leave and apply from home country.

You have to apply for a Tier 2 General from home country. Sponsor must complete the full and proper RLMT process too.
