Remaining Passport Validity

Hi All,

I am going to apply for my ILR around Jan/Feb 2017. My Passport expires on August 2017. Should I renew my passport before I apply for ILR (i.e should the passport have more than 6 months validity at time of application) or would it be OK?

There is no requirement that you MUST have a passport valid for X number of months.

It must be valid at time of application.
