Child born in the Uk and ILR

Post by inquisitive » Fri Nov 11, 2016 8:42 pm

Hi,
It is stated in various posts by different people about direct
child registration and not to apply for ilr if a child is born in uk. Will there be any difference if child was born in uk and then had to travel overseas due to family related emergency for couple of months and then applied for tier 2 dependent from overseas and came back?
Thanks

No, it makes no difference. The child has an entitlement to register and does not require a valid visa or ILR to be able to register.
