Switching Employer

Hi All,
I am on Tier 2 General -Employee Sponsored Visa, valid till 2020 June. If in case I want to change my Job, can I do that?

or do i have to find employer who will be ready to Sponsor Tier 2 General visa? if i have found such employer,can i do my application in UK ?

basically what are my options if i want to change my Job? Really appreciate your quick response.

or do i have to find employer who will be ready to Sponsor Tier 2 General visa? if i have found such employer,can i do my application in UK ? You need a new sponsoring employer. You can apply within the UK. Your new employer MUST have completed the full and proper RLMT process.

basically what are my options if i want to change my Job? Really appreciate your quick response. New sponsor, new visa.
