Is he intending to travel to the country from which he claimed asylum?

You need to clarify which countries are on your bucket list and if you still require refuge from them.
And if not what has changed.

Noahtha
First country to travel KSA
Person have valid second Discretionary Leave
As everyone aware in Legacy announce by home secratry in 2006 to concluded all failed asylum case then this legacy extended to anyone who applied asylum before march 2007

My question was so simple
A person granted leave to remain [DL ]
can he travel to any country
And he was an illegal enerant when he claimed
Asylum

As noajthan has asked in the above post, is KSA the home country from which he claimed asylum?

If so, there is a risk that the previous asylum claim will be considered as false and the DL visa cancelled when attempting to re-enter the UK.

Kindly answer the question.

Your question is not clear and is at best ambiguous and at worst complete fabrication. If you want help you have to give us the facts not some random list of some mystery person's terrible immigration record in UK from some random state we don't know.

I'm calling troll on this one.....

If you procure a passport from 'home' country you are placing yourself under the 'protection' of that country.
That does not seem to compute with claiming asylum from this same country.

Putting it very simply - if you claim asylum from say Pakistan as an example and then seek to use that nationality to travel through the use of a passport from that country then it is reasonable for the HO to revisit the original reason to grant DL.
If the individual has DL and wishes to travel to any other country using the appropriate UK travel document then that will not be an issue.
If the individual seeks to use his home country passport then how does he expect to return to the UK? He is certainly not getting entry at the border using his home passport and a DL letter.
