Tier 2 ICT Short term then Long term to ILR

Hi,

I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT Short Term visa on Jan 2015. After which I switched to Tier 2 ICT Long Term. I was and am working in UK all through this time (except for 20 days trip out of U.K).

Can I apply for ILR when i complete 5 years (as I would lawfully complete 5 years in UK during my 4th year of ICT long term visa)?

NO!! Tier 2 ICT visa DOES NOT lead to ILR anymore.
