Please advice on which forms to use for my Visa extension

Hi,

My husband originally was in Tier 2 ICT Visa and after staying for 5 years he got an ILR in 2013.

Myself & my child applied visa from outside UK to join him in 2014. We submitted APPENDIX 2 (VAF 4A) FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT FORM to join my husband who was settled in the UK. It was 33 months Dependent VISA. My visa will expire in 2 months time. Now, to apply for extension, I am confused which application form to use ? Is it FLR(M) or should we apply as a dependent of Tier 2 ICT migrant Who obtained ILR ?

Could you please advice me on this ?

You can only apply on FLR(M) to apply for your extension.

You are not in the UK on a Tier 2 ICT dependent visa so cannot apply using this route.
