which Visa should apply for wife FLR FP OR FLR M

Dear Admins and respected members,

i received my ILR LR Today and me and my wife Withdraw the appeal and i went to PEO.
i was waiting for Home office approval which i received.

Now i do have 12 months Payslip and Bank statement until October and Employment letter until September.

but i do not have job now and i dont know how long it will take to get new job.

what should i do Now and what should i write in my application?

If you don't meet the financial requirements, your spouse should apply on FLR(FP) partner route.

thank you so much for your Reply.

No she is house wife and both on appeal and withdraw the appeal and i left the Job due to 3C End but now company hired someone already so i have to find an other job and do not know how long it will take

My wife last day of grace period will be Saturday so i booked PEO for her too.

But not sure about Form plus what should i write in section etc
should i provide my Previous Employment letter too was updated until September ?

Sorry to hear that. I think if you do not meet the requirement, maybe a postal application would have been better, or you ought to have sought advise , live your wife's appeal alone and withdraw yours only. This will have given you time to sought out your finances and apply for her under FLR(m) when your position was stronger .

Can i use job offer letter which show Salary will be more then Minimum requirement ?or i have to wait one month for payslip from them to earn from this company and then apply?

i wud say its better then nothing u can attach job offer letter may worked but it all depend on case worker
