Interview invitation for SET LR Nov 2016

Hi all,
Need some advice. I have applied for ILR on the basis of 10 years long residence. I got a letter today asking for interview in two weeks to consider my 'further leave to remain' application.

Can i please ask why is the interview required and why are they calling my SET LR application as FLR?

Would it be because i have my kids and husband holding british passport and i have not mentioned them in my application form?

Hi there,

My current visa status was FLR expiring in 2017 April but since i have completed 10 years legally in March 2016, i applied for ILR.

The form did not ask for my husband or kids details.

Sorry, forgot to mention that my 10 years history is being on a spouse visa for 10 years.

Any history of using TOIEC for English in the past?

When you say spouse visa, which category of spouse visa?

What is your partners immigration status?

Hi there,

I have B1 for English. I have been on dependent spouse visa first as my husband was on student visa, then as he was on PSW and then on FLR when he got ILR. He is now on British passport and so are my kids.

Do you think the interview is just to make sure i am living with my husband and kids as the SET LR form did not ask for any details of my husband and kids.
