Now I am waiting more than 8 months..... after interview nearly 5 months...... so angry....what can I do now?

I contact my MP, he said he will chase , but nothing happen, no reply ..................my solicitor said will write letter for me...............

In the same boat as you...
My solicitor has sent a letter last week asking for progress report, but i think HO will simply ignore this or will just reply back saying that your application is still being processed.

Worth trying through your local MP though.

Almost same here , contacted UKVI in several occasions since my interview in September and even tried through MP no result or progress , hoping for a result before Christmas.

One of my friend is in the same boat as yours , he is waiting since 9 months approx so don't worry you will get positive response very soon.

its almost 6Months time now for my tier 1 visa extension application, I was thinking i am most late person but i can see here in this forum people have 8 to 9 months time.

My solicitor send email twice to HO but not get any response.In this meantime My Mother in law died and I missed some very important Business meeting in abroad.

Its shameful but nothing we can do except wait and patience.

Hassan, sorry to hear your loss . My MP haven't replied me back and its a month I sent him a letter. Its worth sending an email from your id to complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk . Its worth complaining the wait I guess.

My solicitor is hopeless in chasing my application, so I have to pick up all the ways I can use to chase my application.
