Query on British citizen Dependant visa extn

Hi,

Kindly help me with below querys

I have received my British citizenship recently ( Route - Tier 2 ICT -> ILR)
My wife and kid staying along with me in UK and on Tier2 ICT PBS dependant visa.It will expire early next year.

1.Do I need to change their visa type as i received my citizenship now?
2.Can thy continue on existing ICT PBS dependant visa until it expire?
3.Can they travel abroad and return UK using the existing ICT PBS dependant visa before it expires?
4. What visa type do I need to apply for them once existing ICT PBS dependant visa is expired as they are not yet eligible for ILR?

4. What visa type do I need to apply for them once existing ICT PBS dependant visa is expired as they are not yet eligible for ILR? Apply for a PBS extension.
