Hello, I just join the forum tonight because have been think alot. Just got married in Nigeria last month and i will like my wife to join me. Please what are the step i need to take and also do i need a lawyer to apply

Start here : Apply to Join Family in the UK (Click)

She needs English A1 test from an approved HO test provider.

You must earn a minimum of £18,600pa with payslips and bank statements to prove it.

Thanks earning is ok and have got a question do i need to use a lawyer for the application?

It is dependent on how confident you feel doing it alone, bearing in mind that if you do make a mistake, it may lead to waste of thousands.

The process is much more complex than stated above.
You'd need to meet several requirements.
