FLR(O) Discretionary Leave waiting times ..??

Post by dcm2015 » Tue Nov 22, 2016 8:18 am

can anyone please help me 2 months ago received an acknowledgement letter from home office for my FLR(O) application based on Mainly Article 3 and Article 8 and i also got fees exemption/waiver on my FLR(O) Application. In my Acknowledgement letter HO mentioned my application raised ECHR issues and its complex in nature as such it falls into outside of their regular standard services but assured me to give me a decision as soon as possible.

its been two months that i last got any letter fromthe home office , can anyone please give me some information what might be happed and why i received this kind of acknowledgement letter ,,, is it good or bad sign ???

btw i have been in the UK since 2008 and I have severe medical condition at the moment and not possible to go bak home

please someone could help me to understand this situation many thanks

regards

Asad

It is a standard email that many people get. It simply means HO will take a bit longer to decide your application.
