Visit visa sms notification

Hi all, i'm new to the forum. Can someone please clarify this as I'm a bit unsure.
My sister applied for a visit visa on 13/11/16 and the following SMS was received 2 days ago. "gwf********** is ready for collection at UKVI visa centre." She did not receive any email notification, just a short SMS as above. Does this mean documents and passport are ready for collection? Or is it still in transit to UKVI application centre? Application was made in Saudi Arabia. Thank you very much!

They sms seems fairly clear to me. What is it that is not clear???
