I am planning to apply both Naturalization and passport at the same time. I know that we can apply for Naturalization and passport at the same time through NCS but
Is it possible to apply MYSELF for both Naturalization and passport at the same time because I am not going through NCS (Nationality checking services).
Can anyone help me please?

To my knowledge I think JCAP is only possible via NCS.

BC & Passport only through NCS JCAP.
NCS fee is a good investment though - around £60.

Applying through NCS is worth...

You have your documents back
They will check everything for you (Both Naturalisation & passport)
