Hello,
I came to UK in 2007 jan on student visa. Made couple of extensions to complete my education. Then got PSW for two years and then managed to find a job with T2 general three years visa which was expiring in oct 2016. I have applied for extension and still waiting for the visa. It will be 10 years of mine in UK in jan 2017. i guess i can apply 28 days before i qualify for ILR long residency. Could any one please suggest what is the procedure to vary application and what would be the best this to do.
