Regarding ILR Application

Post by faad33 » Mon Nov 28, 2016 10:13 am

Hi all,

I am going to apply for ILR next month, I wanted to know what is the requirement for the documents.

Do I need previous addresses, NHS history, Council Letters etc or Passport is enough ?

Also which other documents are required ?

Your suggestions are going to be very helpful, thanks

It would be helpful if you provided more details about what visa you hold and which route you are taking to apply for ILR

Thanks for your reply.

I am in Uk from last 10 years and I am on company sponsored visa at the moment.

Maximum days spent out of country are 85 days.

I've passed my "Life in Uk" test & I've done a Bachelors degree (Don't require English test).

What sort of important documents are required for long residency ?

Is your degree a UK degree?

Is that 85 days absence in the whole 10 years?

Do you have dependents here with you?

Suggest read the Set(LR) form and guidance notes. It clearly lists what is required.
