How I get ILR

Post by sandeeps » Wed Nov 30, 2016 1:25 pm

Hi,

My query is, I came in UK on Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa, after 4 years I converted to Tier 2 General Dependent Visa, now I am very close to 5 years stay in UK, so Can I apply for ILR? if Yes then how?

No you cannot. You need 5 years residence as Tier 2 General Dependent to qualify for ILR.

You cannot use 4 years on ICT and 1 year on Tier 2 dependent to make up 5 years for ILR.
