FLR(M) Requirements

Hi Gurus..

Need some advice please. my quick history! I have recently got my ILR (10 years basis, last leave to remain was Ent 50K). I have already applied couple of days back for my 03 yrs UK born son (born before I got my ILR) via MN1 Application via NCS service. Thank you a lot for the gurus/this forum to reach me till this stage without spending any significant solicitor's fee

My wife lives with me and current leave to remain is dependent of Ent 50K, going to expire in 2018. As per advice from this forum I want to change it to FLR(M). My question is do I need to show £18600 income for this? any maintenance fund do I need to keep? and what documents do I need for this?

If your child is not yet British, HO might expect to see £22,400pa income (wife plus child).

No maintenance requirement.

Please read the FLR(M) form and guidance to see what is required for documents. Wife needs English A1 or after May 2017 English A2.

Hi

Need your advise please, just got my ILR. Applied for my son's MN1 application. I was about to apply for
my wife FLR(M) application and got to know that i am not meeting the financial criteria (£18600 income), what are the other options for me to apply for her?
