Unmarried partner living toga there for less then 2 years

Post by sobi » Thu Dec 01, 2016 8:38 am

I arrived in U.K. As tier 4 partner and separated shortly after.
I am living with my British partner around 14 months now. I am planning to apply for working visa but is their any way I can apply for FLR(M) ummnaried partner. I know that it's less then two years we are living together but just wanted to know if there is any exception or discretion available in my case.

You can't do that. What if the Tier 4 migrant person has informed home office to curtail your visa .

OP appears to be trying to find a means to remain in the UK. This question about the tier 4 validity has already been asked in the Tier 2 query thread.
