Additional documents for first FLRM Application ( Inside UK)

Hi,

I have submitted first FLRM application for my wife, I have ILR and before this application she was on Tier 2 Dependent, We have received letter from caseworker asking more evidence which I am surprised and concern that is not required as per my knowledge, please see below:

Tenancy agreement and letter from landlord.
Council tax letter.
Letter for local authorityabout my daughter confirming she is living with us.
Proof of Cohabiting for 2014 to 2016.

My understanding was the proof of cohabiting only required at the time of extension, anyway I managed to gather documents and 2016 is fine however I have gap in 2014 and 2015, Can I use payslips for 2014 & 2015? also can they refuse the case on this basis as its not requirement please correct if I am wrong.

Why did you think you did not have to submit proof of cohabitation for the last 2 years? The form is very clear on this and lists many examples that HO might expect to see.

Six items of correspondence addressed to you and your partner at the same address as evidence that you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together up to a maximum of two years.

I thought that these documents only required when applying for FLRM extension, can I use payslips and colour printout of water and electric bills please?

Also additonaly they asked for recent council bill and tenancy agreement can I use it for cohabitation proof same time?

Did you get ILR based on long residency or 5 years PBS migrant?

Trying to understand why she is applying for FLR(M) if she was a PBS dependent.

Yes I got my ILR on basis of 10 years and she was dependent of my Tier 2 General before applying for FLR M

So FLR(M) is still an extension application so to speak as she has existing leave to remain in the UK as PBS Dep

Ok thanks, I was confused may be I am gathering information to send they asked for 2014 to 2016 so its three years or two? if two which period should i send upto? also can i use payslips and colour print of utility bills? they look exactly same as paper bills.
and they have my original bank statements can i mention to use these as evidence of cohabiting?

Understood can I submit bills ( printout but lookalike paper bills ) and payslips as mentioned ?

Follow what the form asks for. Payslips are used for the financial requirement, not sure you can use them as proof of cohabitation too.

What about colour online print of utility bills?

You need to submit originals.

My own experience applying in person for FLR(M) a couple of years ago is that HO did not take the online statements I printed on really good thicker quality paper, they simply ignored them.

Not sure if this has changed.

I really need your help please, I am stressed and panic now, I have deadline to send it by Friday

I have tried to gather letters from 2014 to 2016 for my wife and myself but I have confusion because sometime gap between letters is two months and sometime its more then four month , for example if tenancy is from Jan 15 then council letter from March 15 then a gap and bank statement from Oct 15, Can I use my bank statements I already sent for financial requirement also for evidence of cohabitation? Please see the list I was able to gather. The caseworker also asked for recent council tax letter and tenancy agreement other then cohabitation information, Can I mention in cover letter to use these also for cohabitation purpose?

2 Tenancy agreements for last two years ( joint name )
3 Council tax letters for 2014 to 2016 ( joint name)
2 Water bills one from July 14 which was received by post and one I printed online its looks like paper bill ( joint )

Some other letters here and there like bank statements which I hope bank stamp as these are online , HMRC, letter, my DVLA car reg letter.

Please give me your input as I can't think of any other letter and very stressed now so does my wife

What about letters addressed to each of you? They do not have to all be in joint names.

Yes i have like HMRC letter, DVLA, Bank statement as mention but these doesn't equally split among 4 months,

for example If I have water bill for July then DVLA letter for Sep and then council letter for March so between July and Sep its two months & Sep and March its 6 month gap.
