What are his chances of having his application accepted

Post by AnonAnonymous » Thu Dec 08, 2016 1:30 pm

I have been with my partner for nearly 5 years. We have a baby together who is a british national (I am British my partner is Indian). He has been illegal in the UK for 11 years. He has applied for stay using the FLR(FP). Just wondering what will his chances be of staying here?

Which route of FLR(FP) has he applied for (partner or parent)?

How did he enter the UK?

The applying through the parent route will likely fail. This is for parents who do not live with and no longer in a relationship with their partners.

He should have applied using the Partner 10 year route.
