Change of Circumstance form for FLR(M) application

Does anyone know if there is a change of circumstance form for FLR(M) applications? I found one but it is for PBS only.

For what purpose? Can you post the link of the PBS one you have found?

My spouse was offered a job, but in the end he decided to keep his employment with the current company. I would like to report this change in circumstance.

There is no requirement to inform HO if on FLR(M) about job changes. Why do you think this is the case??
